INVESTOR SUPERVISION
The investor or authority responsible for issuing a building permit may appoint investor supervision. Such supervision may be carried out only by an inspector with appropriate qualifications.
We are authorised to supervise the build of:
- power grids and electrical installations,
- photovoltaic farms and installations,
- telecommunications networks and installations.
We provide the services throughout the country. We cooperate with institutions, business clients and private investors. We provide professional support at every stage of project implementation.
What Is Investor Supervision Responsible For?
Having investor’s best interest in mind we:
- represent the investor and control the compliance of the investment with the project, legal regulations, rules of technical knowledge and the licences,
- control the quality of works and evaluate construction choices used during the implementation of the investment,
- control and accept works being covered,
- confirm the works performed,
- confirm the removal of any defects arising during the subsequent stages of project implementation.
Our presence at the construction site increases the quality and prevents irregularities. Supervision safes time and money. It also allows conscious investment implementation despite the lack of previous experience in this field.
Currently our Experts are performing investor supervision over:
- electrical works at the construction site of Student House in Warsaw,
- modernization of the building of Ophthalmological Hospital in Warsaw,
- modernization of the building of National Labour Inspectorate in Warsaw,
- construction of the S7 expressway Płońsk-Czosnów,
- construction of a sports complex at Schools Complex no.1 in Żyrardów
and many other smaller and larger investments.
